I purchased the sheet music as a Christmas gift for my husband. He was very pleased with my finding sheet music for an accordion and is looking forward to learning the new piece. It arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect shape, very good quality.

Ernesto Lecuona wrote with a style of great rythem pasion which have always liked. Charles Magnante arranged and played this music faithfully with great feeling. I started playing again two years ago when I retired after a 40 year break from the accordion and find this type of music just...

the thing to keep the fingers and the brain working.

This is an excellent rendition by Charles Magnante. I performed before him in at least one accordion contest receiving a score of 92. Expect approximately 9-12 months practice in order to master this piece well enough to perform for a semi-classical enthusiast.

Years ago, I played before Charles Magnante and received a score of 92 in a local contest. This version of Malaguena from the "Andalucia Suite" is excellent. It is played "Allegro moderato" with "f" throughout. There are notations of "dim" and "cresc" aimed at eliciting tension from the audience and...

a sense of expectation. The presentation requires much practice-perhaps at least a year prior to proficiency-even for an accomplished accordionist. This piece should be in every accomplished accordionist's repertoire.
