First, don't get me wrong- I love this music book! I love all the music in the LOTR movies! In this book my favourite is definately "Rohan" followed by the 2nd half of "Forth Eorlingas". I would have given this book 5 stars if it had included the piece...

"Samwise the Brave". I love this piece as it captures the heart of Sam and Faramir, so I'm quite sad that it is not in this book. There is more focus given to the other members of the fellowship rather than Frodo and Sam's music. Apart from that I highly recommend this book to any fan of the movies or soundtrack!!

I would definitely recommend this music book to anyone who loves LOTR. It greatly represents the deepest songs in the Two Towers and would be a great buy for an early intermediate to intermediate pianist.

I love the TLOTR trilogy and soundtracks, so this book was the most awesome thing! Most of the songs are really touching and beautiful. Some songs are difficult to play if you've never heard the timing from the movie/sountrack. Totally awesome and highly recommended from me, a 7...

This music was very entertaining! I recommend it! It wasn't quite as good as the "Pirates of the Caribbean" books, but still very fun to play!

I've been erratically playing piano for many, many years, but usually only once a week or so for a half hour to an hour. I have no patience for playing a song more than once at a sitting, and as a result of this and my lack of practice...

, I have become a very mediocre player but an okay sight reader. Anyway, I found it easy to pick up these books and start playing songs, even if not perfectly. The songs are great fun to play -- I wasn't sure whether they would translate well to being played by just a piano, but they do. My favorites are the Match of the Ents and the Rohan theme song. I ended up buying all three songbooks of the trilogy. If you're like me and want to initially just try one to see what it's like, I recommend starting with the Return of the King. They are all great, but I thought that was the most interesting of the three.
