Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Joe Cooper. Celtic,Contemporary,Folk,Patriotic,World. 23 pages. Joe Cooper #3000303. Published by Joe Cooper (A0.899862).

This popular Scottish folk song was originally arranged for the Edinburgh University Clarinet Choir (Scotland's leading clarinet choir) by its founder. The well-known tune flows through the different parts between verses, blending with original melodies and effects written to evoke the ripples and sparkles of the Loch itself. Every part has a chance to play the melody, and there are original counter-melodies to add interest. Great for adding a Scottish flavour to any concert or event!

The piece can also be performed as a Clarinet Quintet (Five B-flat clarinets and one bass) as the E-flat and Alto parts are optional; the closing solo should be played on an E-flat clarinet if one is available but is cued into the 1st part if not.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
