Piano, Choir, SSA, SSAA choir, piano - Intermediate
Composed by Emily Wood. 21st Century, Contemporary Classical, Sacred. Score. 6 pages. Published by Emily Sue Wood (S0.69889).

Item Number: S0.69889

Ideal for any occasion that calls for a 4-part SSAA choral piece, such as a choir concert or a church occasion. Words are inspired by Philippians 4:6 ("Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."). About two and a half minutes long, this peaceful song has piano accompaniment that is fairly repetitive. There is an optional solo in the beginning, as well as a few brief descant moments for a small group of sopranos who can hit the highest note in the piece, an A natural above treble C. First written in 2013 and revised in 2015. (Facebook page: Music by Emily Wood; .
