  • January 27, 2010 I was disappointed

This volume arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My disappointment stems from the fact that the arrangements are simplified to the point of being less than satisfying to me. I have the three volume "showcase for piano" arrangements by Lou Singer and others, published by Hal Leonard and when I...

read that this was intermediate/advanced I expected this book to be something easier than those arrangements but much more full-bodied than the highly simplified arrangements that were contained. Everything is relative, but I think "early intermediate" is a better difficulty rating.
