    Every jazz book has a section on drop 2 voicings. The topic is easy to describe on just one page. This book goes further and not only describes drop 2 basics. It also explains more modern approaches to drop 2 (McCoy Tyner, Herbie Hancock style etc.) as well as solo...

    concepts with drop 2 voicings. I didn't know, this topic could be discussed in such detail. Although the book is not very thick (60 pages), I think it will influence my future soloing, comping and melody playing.
