    This is the best method to learn how to improvisate. You will learn how to create good solo ideas for your progressions. You must be patience, and study it everyday. You will see the results in the manage of scales, and melody lines. But remember be patience...

    This works for me because it's where I'm at musically at the moment. I want to learn how to create and play my own stuff. Good step by step guide to learning scales, then the different patterns. The book assumes you already know a few things; notes on...

    the fretboard, some music theory. Not for a beginner. Each section has techniques for dexterity to go along with the musical subject for that chapter. There are play along tracks for each chapter as well.
