The poet came to the composer with a request to set her words and melodies in song form, the end result being a varied collection of styles, ranges, vocal difficulty, and instrumental accompaniment. "Forevermore" is here set for multiple voices and strings. The choral writing is a simple canon over an ostinato accompaniment. The piece may be sung in a variety of ways. The performer may cut and edit to fit the voices and voice parts available. With the alternate text it would make a fitting ending to worship. An alternative performance option would be to sing it a capella in unison or in canon. A vocal only page is provided. With the purchase of this full score and set of parts, permission is given to duplicate the vocal page as needed. The piece is also available for the same voices but with organ accompaniment.
