This dual keyboard arrangement of the hymn tune POSEN by G. C. Strattner is typically associated with the lyrics "Father, Lead Me Day by Day" by John Page Hopps. This arrangement is written in the key of D major. The abundance of triplets played by Keyboard I creates a cheerful rhythm throughout the entire piece. This duet sounds equally pleasing whether played on two acoustic pianos or played on two keyboards with unique sounds. When played at a moderate tempo the piece will take just over 1-1/2 minutes to perform, however, it is easy to lengthen the piece by repeating one or more of the sections making it an excellent choice for a prelude or offertory.
