The three pieces here were a good choice, and fine for the chosen theme of the saxophone. I'm not a player, merely just someone fascinated with Williams' work. "Closing In", the main theme is great, though I found the 3-4 T/S odd in relation to the rhythms...

throughout the piece. It could have perhaps been better of in compound time. The second piece is mostly faithful, but for concert reasons, the sax solos have been extend a bit further. The third piece (my favourite) is correct until the end of the recording where it goes off into its own extended, more upbeat conclusion. The presentation is great, though it looks like a far more recent (duh!) print than the other SigEd's I have. The spiral binding seemed a little oversized for the thickness of the score. Overall though, I am quite happy with the purchase.
