If you are looking for challenging music to play on recorder, find something else. Disney favorites would make a good challenge for average classroom music students in the lower grades, because it is aimed at students just getting acquainted with musical notation.

Disney Favorites for the Recorder is indeed a fun collection of Disney classics. The notes are large and easy to read, and the letter of the note is listed inside each note-head. Also lists chords to accompany, allowing for a piano or guitar to play along. This is NOT...

for beginners, it's music review is brief. However, if you've completed a level one recorder book (or a teach yourself to play book) this is the perfect second book to move on to to try out and practice your new recorder skills. A great level two book, enjoyed by family and friends.
