I got this book because another review said the licks were hard to play. Maybe, but they are awesome. You get solos with backing tracks and the book tells you exactly how to finger them. Nice.

I had to send this one back. It only had 5 or 6 different lessons and I found each far too difficult for my skill level as an experienced intermediate player.

This book is great for exposing the guitarist to almost all of the different country guitar styles. From banjo rolls to pedal steel. Steve Travato is a real technician. Along with complete tab on how he plays his solos, he explains every facet of each solo. He even goes into...

what strings to pick and what strings to pick with the fingers (hybrid picking). I highly recommend it.
