I am very pleased with this product. It is well laid out, the sound quality is great, and the performance is excellent. I am enjoying working on this concerto again. The suggested fingerings help in the learning process, as do the separate tracks for working on specific sections. This s...

It's nice to have this - and it's fun and useful - but beware: there seem to be a lot of notes which are either incorrect, or are left out of recorded versions. I don't know if Rodrigo put in the extra notes through lack of guitar familiarity, or...

just doing what he felt. Page 17 staves 1 and 4, and page 18 stave 2 (should be C#minor chord). I haven't been through the first 2 movements, but I suspect there may be more corrections/deletions needed.

Scores ok, I knew that edition first so I was not suprised. Records good, but not exellent or brillant. Just good performed accompaniament for exercise that concerto and prepere to playing with orchestra.

  • August 08, 2008 Quite nice.

I'm just 12, and I loved listening to Julian bream & orchestra playing this. Also playing guitar, it is quite fun to play. Give it 5 stars.

Very good arrangement with superb orchestral CD sound tracks, including with and without guitar. Also, backing tracks at slower tempo for practice. This is an ideal purchase for those wishing to master this famous piece. With a little thought fingering of some of the trickier faster sections can be made...

    easier. For the advanced player.
