This Mozart concerto is not his easiest, and it is a perfect introduction and transition to the more advanced concertos. Although the notes themselves are not necessarily difficult and the piece contains no virtuoisc techniques, it takes a talented player to play this piece beautifully and in tune. Cadenzas can...

also add more advanced techniques if needed. This is an excellent piece for introducing Mozart or solidifying skills in Classical period playing--a foundation that needs to be layed before going on to more advanced and virtuosic songs.
