This is a beautiful piece wonderfully put together in a concise and durable package. The CD is awesome to play along with or as piece to listen to. I have been playing the Adagio for years and was thrilled to find this piece It is rare to find any classical...

music written for the clarinet. I heard John Manassee play this concerto with the Rogue Valley Symphony last year and was enthralled. Now I can play it as well!

It is a high quality printing on durable paper accompanied with high quality recordings. I have loaded them to my Ipod for a more mobile experience and enjoy listening to and reading the entire concerto! I am new to music and have just picked up my daugther's old clarinet...

, therefore, I expect it will take some time just to play the second movement. I honestly don't expect to play the entire piece.

My teacher suggested I purchase this piece. She says all clarinetists need to play it. It is one of the best pieces ever written for the clarinet. I love it. I have learned the 2nd Movement and am looking forward to successfully playing the 1st and 3rd movements.
