I got this for a student who has only been playing piano for a year. He is doing great with it. It is pretty easy and repetitive, but doesn't sound like a little kid's piece.

I am an "advanced beginner" adult pianist. This is in keeping with my expactations as to its difficulty. It is not too hard for me to play, but still sounds rich and pleasing.

This sheet music makes it possible for beginning pianists to learn a beautiful piece of music. The notes are easy to read and the technique is simplified while a nice sound is still retained.

  • January 29, 2004 An Excellent Arrangement!

I am very pleased with this sheet music. I have the advanced version of the sheet music and when I compare the two, this one is actually more accurate and more fun to play! First of all, it is in the key of C Major, so instead of 5 flats...

you have NO flats! The melody uses single notes, double notes, and chords. So it is easy to play, but still sounds great. The bass line is more interesting as well- it uses whole notes, half notes and quarter notes. The advanced version used mostly whole notes and didn't have much going on, but this version is more dynamic! Also the ending is much better. It has fun riffs and melodies. The advanced version just abrubtly cuts off, but this builds to a nice finish and sounds beautiful.
