They are drawn to pieces that challenge them to move their fingers, arms and hands quickly, creating sounds that bring shouts of "Bravo!" from the audience. The solos in Robert Vandall's Celebrated Virtuosic Solos are meant to show off the athleticism and musicality of the performer. The music in this five-volume series will bring out the "virtuoso" in any student and is sure to excite students, teachers and audiences alike.

Eye of the Storm is a huge favorite of my students. It's very dramatic, holds their interest and is much easier than it looks and sounds.

Six high energy pieces. Check our the Toccatina, High Point Toccata and Ovation No. 1 - all good recital pieces. Repetitive patterns are easy to learn and memorize and the pieces are impressive.
