The second song,"Love Song," from the 11th C. Cambridge Songs, celebrates spring and its poignant beauty"While I see all this...I am possessed...by sighs in midst of all this rejoicing." The final movement is a drinking song from the 12th century. It is ideally suited for a men's chorus concert performance.
