Paganini usually scares me. I have struggled through Paganini before and have usually found it technically very hard and musically average. music and the work in dealing with the technical challenges are well rewarded. The main skill is to play sweetly and well a relatively simple (for Paganini!) and beautiful tune. I would recommend it to any reasonably competent violinist.
