    Hong Kong, China
    Difficulty Level:
  • February 26, 2009 Pleasing and accessible arrangment

The player will quickly find that he or she will be able to play a presentable version of the Canon with this arrangement. It's uncluttered and there are no difficult fingerings. Apart from one strange error which indicates and open bottom D should be played with the third finger...

, I would say the piece is ideal teaching material too.

I've played this for some other guitaists - they tell me it is a good arrangement... better than what they have . I like it - it works.

    Lyndonville, VT
    Difficulty Level:
  • August 07, 2007 Beautiful

At first it looks too "crowded", maybe too fast.In reality it is angelically beautiful and not difficult at all for the player who knows D well. The arpeggios are simple and most natural. It flows like water.Nice job,Dennis Burns.
