Whilst some of the songs transposed in this title are a little difficult to manage in the fingerings area, overall it is a solid text with a lot of pieces worth learning and performing. The interpretation of the beatles sound is also another positive attribute that this book has. It...

is worth a play for all beatles fans.

This is for the guitar player who can read music no tabs. It will take a few tries for most classical Guitar players to read unless you are at the top sight reading level. After you learn the music then you can bring out the melody and get a feel...

    for it.

It's a nice and rich collection, but some fameous songs like for instance "Michele" are missing.I just played "Yesterday" and I like the transcription.

  • August 15, 2007 Convenient, accesible, faithful,

Great arrangements -- practically fingered, an accessible scope of pieces, but none of the arrangements are "impractical" in any way. Not much right hand fingering, so the buyer will have to have a good familiarity with RH technique. Also, no tab! As a gigging guitarist, I can't tell you how...

annoying it can be to have 2 pages of music stretched out to 5 because of the tab. After having paid 20$ for a score, I end up having to still waste my time reducing that score. Thankfully, not in this case. None of the arrangements require page turns. Great! --
