  • March 20, 2008 Must have book for Bach Lovers

Almost all of my favorite pieces are here. I bought it especially for the Tacatta and Fugue in D minor, but there are many other favorites. The binding could be more cooperative as I need to hold the pages open with a clothspin.

  • May 07, 2007 Difficult to read versions of familiar Bach pieces

The editing that went into this book was strange. The music is difficult to read on the page. I own different versions of the same pieces (Kalmus mostly) and the editions are much clearer. There's a lot of music in the book, some standard favorites, others unfamiliar. I can...

't understand how the editors selected the pieces for this book.
