Singing Bach's Aria with my women's quartet is very rewarding. It's music for my soul. just pure music, no text!

If you're looking for an easy way to introduce your singers and audience to pretty classical music, this is a nice piece. If you're looking for the moving bass line you're familiar with, this doesn't have it. Still for the adventuresome, this offers choices. No lyrics...

    - the conductor can choose jazzy syllables (think Swingle Singers), vowels held out endlessly, or anything in between.
