  • November 27, 2011 Great value

Over the past 10 years, I have learned most of the pieces in this book. It's a great selection, well-edited, and sturdy enough to hold up to repeated use.

  • October 02, 2007 a disappointment

Unlike the other books in this series, I found this one disappointing. While the introductory material was somewhat helpful, there wasn't that much explanatory material for the pieces themselves. Also this is NOT an intermediate book or an introductory book.

challenging, but not too hard for intermediate players. Almost all of them are truly enjoyable - there are no filler or blah pieces. The notation is good, and easy to read. I would highly reccomend this book.
