I agree with the other reviewer. I just received my order today and was extremely disappointed with this book. My students have enjoyed the songs in their Lesson and Recital books and have a hard time deciding which one is their favorite. However, that will not be the case with...

this book. The songs are not familiar at all. They are wanting classics like Handle's Hallelujah Chorus, The Surprise Symphony, Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee and etc. You won't find any of those here! I played through the entire book and I am returning them. Very disappointed!

  • July 17, 2007 not enough classics

I was somewhat disappointed. The pieces seem too easy and not best known. I think I'm going to check out the Masterpiece collection instead.
