    Melbourne, Australia
    Difficulty Level:
  • August 22, 2008 Can sung separately or together

A well crafted arrangement that can be learned and performed either as separate songs (with a little modification to provide endings for the first three songs) or as a medley. A good choice of keys and use of different voice parts for characterization in the songs. My adult community choir...

is having great fun learning this arrangement. The syncopation in Waterloo will be difficult for some groups.

    Virginia Beach, VA
    Difficulty Level:
  • July 07, 2007 Pretty good but long

We perform this as an SATB quartet. This arrangement is not so much a medley as a combination fo four complete songs. "Fernando" is a bit long. It was one of Abba's lesser known songs, as is "Mama Mia," but "Mama Mia" picks up the pace nicely, which goes...

into "Waterloo." The rhythm on the first line of "Waterloo" is not like Abba did it, and therefore hard to get used to. "Dancing Queen" is a good ending song. The bass parts aren't the best (sometimes it stays to high), but for songs that featured two and three part harmonies, these are not bad arrangements. The transitions between songs could have been better. At one point, the accompaniment track just stops, then the next song starts after 1-2 seconds.
