"The famous song ""A Policeman's Lot Is Not A Happy One"" from the infamous Gilbert & Sullivan opera ""Pirates of Penzance"" has here been arranged for four C-flutes. The quartet arrangement features a solo flute with a gentle accompaniment, making it an excellent starter piece for beginner flute ensembles consisting of players who have been learning the flute for at least one year. Techniques such as staccato, legato, dynamic contrast, tempo changes, etc. are all included, making it an excellent short piece to use as a teaching tool or as a concert filler!".
