ZZ Top tabs
Excellent book with great annotations of the music. I would recommend this book to anyone who is studying the music of the early hard rock heavy metal format. Anybody into the blues as well. First and foremost, any guitar playing fan of ZZ Top needs to acquire this book.

ZZ Top Guitar Anthology Revue
I thought the ZZ Top Guitar Anthology was exellent. Had everything you need to sound like ZZ Top. I particularly like the books that have 'tab' for quitars which makes it much easier.

In the ballpark
This book has all the songs you'd want and the transcriptions put you in the ballpark; but like every other guitar transcription book I've ever seen and used, you still have to use your own ear and some fretboard logic to work out what Billy Gibbons really did; position shifts and positions themselves need to be carefully considered and amended; but this gets you into the ballpark. You can do it!

Simply Awesome
This tab is spot on with Billy Gibbons licks. I question some of the chords used but all in all the tab is what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

Party on the patio...with your guitar!
Great selection of EARLY, CLASSIC ZZ Top tunes! This contains stuff from their first album up to the Recycler era (I think). Rhythm stuff is easy, but some of Billy G's lead stuff takes a little practice (can you say pinch harmonic?). I think this is actually tabbed a little better than the songs on the ZZ Top's Greatest Hits book, better song selection too. I have been waiting on a tab book that contains these songs, so it's a definite add to anyone's collection who loves that little ol' band from Texas!
