Brother James' Air
I bought this book because I was looking for an arrangement of Brother James' Air. This arrangement is beautiful and it alone is worth the price of the book.

2nd time around on this book
ALL of these Woodworks collections are superb, and I have used them for years. Dale Wood always was very respectful of the innate "character" of the tunes, and these are very approachable and make superb service pieces. I unfortunately had misplaced this volume--probably the one I used the most (that's why!--so finally broke down and ordered another. It is worth the price for the Bunessan arrangement alone, but has so many other tunes, too--for Lutherans, especially, the setting of "Beautiful Savior." BUY IT!

Woodworks Vol.1
A set of very useful pieces for the average organist. I liked these pieces so much I have since ordered vols 2, 3 and 4 - a good recommendation from a guy in the UK! Pity Wood's music is not better known here.
