The complementary movement of the soprano recorder line weaves in and out in a satisfyig counterpoint. beautiful and flowing
I first heard this piece in the fifth grade and it's stuck with me ever since. The melody is wistful and lovely, and the piano accompaniment can stand on its own even without anyone singing.
