Were you there on that Christmas night?
I love this piece of music! Hope our choir can sing it this Christmas. The parts are really easy to follow

Were You There on That Christmas Night?
Natalie Sleeth has a great talent for writing simple but beautiful music. I have enjoyed her through the years. This anthem has a beautiful flowing melody; it is easy and has a nice variety in voicing and techniques. The lyrics are perfect for the melody. I like the fact that it has a little polyphonic section. I majored in music, have two degrees in music and have directed choirs for 37 years. I like a variety of music: classical, spiritual and many of the contemporary anthem.

Spiritually Uplifting
When I listened to the clip on your website for this song, I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit so strong,and I knew that we had to include this song for our choir for our Christmas presentation. Our choir consists mostly of people who read no music, but love the Lord and want to exalt Him in song. This was very simple for them to pick up and I highly recommend it to any choir, IT'S BEAUTIFUL!

Sweet, Soft, Flowing, Simple, Spiritual
This Christmas song is a pure delight to sing and to listen to! It is simple, yet it flows beautifully, and has a wonderful spiritual and peaceful feeling to it that is perfect and appropriate for the Christmas Season.

Favorite Christmas Hymn
My wife and I love this beautiful piece and regard it as our favorite Christmas hymn. I am buying several copies for our church choir so we can sing it next year.
