Worth every penny
I also am a avid Mark Hayes fan and own about everything he has written. Hardly a day goes by I dont play a piece from this book, my copy of this is about worn out. Not easy to play. If you are looking for something easier he also has a jazz book for intermediate level.

One of my favorite Mark Hayes piano books
I have nearly all of Mark Hayes' piano solo books. This is one of my very favorites, and that's saying a lot! Wonderful jazz stylings. Not the easiest to play, but well worth the effort required to master. My congregation appreciates them too.

LIvely and interesting interpretations!
I am a piano teacher, and also a volunteer and "semi-professional" pianist. I often provide special music for worship services and entertain seniors at our local senior center. This book is definitely more challenging than I expected, but fun to practice. The music contains intricate rhythms and lots of finger movement - Mark Hayes seldom disappoints me.
