Not for the timid advanced violin player
This piece has several challenges for the advanced player. Bowing techniques included up-bow staccato stroke, spiccato, detache, doublestop thirds with adjusted intonation, fourths, harmonics, fingered and unfingered octaves. And if that's not enough, look at the hemiola rhythm patterns. Lots of fun if you get it right.
