Beautiful piece
I bought this for my son. He's been playing this for about 6 months now in various festivals and competitions. Everybody likes it- some musicians even decided to get it for themselves, because it is really a showy piece (especially the last page) and it excites people.

Must Try for an Advanced Cellist
Beautifully written piece on the single highest string - A string - for cello, while the original piece is on the lowest string - G string - for violin. Without any doubt, the cello version has better projections in the virtuoso passages. More concert cellists should perform this piece than violinists! I personally use this piece to test out a new cello and/or a new A string.

Great showpiece for Cello as well as Violin
This music is exciting and showy with a reasonable amount of technical difficulty. The end result is stunning. Some movements are easier than others so you could play just those if desired. The fingering and performance suggestions are good.
