Could it be better?

No. this book is the best it gets. Tabs on the internet just don't compare to these thorough transcriptions. Each song is perfectly written. I wouldn't say they were all easy to play. Slash's solos require a lot of skill that most players don't have, they are hard but not impossible. All they take is practice. Buy this book. It wont dissapoint.

Cherry Lane does it again

I loved the UYI I album, so naturally I wanted to play it on the guitar too and bought this book. Like almost all Hal Leonard/Cherry Lane books, this is EXTREMELY accurate (I played the songs with the album playing and it gets it right note for note). I would also like to add that you need to be a good guitarist to play this. Not a professional or a legend, but this isn't for beginning guitar players. Some of the songs are easier than others like Right Next Door to Hell or You Ain't the First, but they're not a walk in the park either. Also, this album will help push you to play alot faster (alot of the songs clock past 200 on the metronome). I could go on and on about this, but to sum it up, this book gets it note for note and should be purchased by any guitarist who likes the album, the band, or wants to further their playing skills.

Cool book

This is where the Guns sound went a lot more complex. And I'm happy to say this book comes through with flying colours. There where a lot more guitar parts on these double albums as well as string sections, piano, harmonica, and god knows what else. But the book handles it well. A few of the guitar parts have been condensed into one main guitar part for the players ease. But for the most part everything is tabbed out as normal. And also the piano intro to "November Rain" has been transcribed for guitar for those of you who want to play it. But for the most part everything's here, solos and all. Yes even that KICK ASS intro to "Novenmber Rain." And the solos from "Don't Damn Me" and "Bad Apples" which is worth buying the book for anyway. All in all, everything's here. A great book.
