Two-Minute Offertories
These songs are very nice, but are still a bit long for a small church! Someone needs to do arrangements for 30 second to one-minute offertories!

Useful for my needs
I have found several of these selections are useful for my needs. For those slightly longer than two minutes, it is possible to make judicious cuts.

Offertories or Anthems?
I was a little disappointed in the arrangements that were included. I was hoping to get more quiet and prayerfully arranged hymns. They sound pretty and are fairly easy to play (except for the ones with multiple sharps), but I just don't feel that many are appropriate as offertories - at least in our church setting. This was definitely my least favorite of the ones I ordered.

Imaginative Composition
While fairly simple composition, the construction and tempos are imaginative and interesting, and flexible so that the performer has considerable leeway in how he or she is playing the piece. The music leaves lots of room for personal interpretation. Changing the melodic phrasing and creating new tangents for interpretation is a natural outcome of the way these pieces are written. I think they're lots of fun, and are ideal for public performance.

Lots of octaves
These are nice arrangements - but if you have difficulty playing lots of octaves - don't buy this.
