Showstopper

Great Piece!

A challenging piece that's fun and exciting. If you want to play something not so Hummel-ish or Haydn-ish, pick this one! Lots of fun, lots of work.

Good, but becoming overplayed

A very good concerto, definitely a step away from Hummel or Haydn (which EVERYONE freakin' plays all the time). I still like the Alexandra Pakhumutova (sp?) concerto better - similar style and difficulty, and in my opinion just as good, but less played than the Arutunian. I have worked on...
