BRAHMS Horn Trio, Peters Edition
The editing is very well done for the violin part. I would try three different fingerings and always end up with the editors recommendation. This is a very beautiful, rich composition. I love it.

Trio Op. 40 - an underplayed masterpiece
Written in the same period as both the Waltzes and the Requiem, the horn trio provides everything which makes Brahms' chamber music sustainably rewarding. While playable to the intermediate student it offers a source for years of nuanced interpretation.
