musical score
The score I ordered "The Unanswered Question" is pretty obscure. I thought I would have difficulty locating one. I found your site and was very pleased with the large selection of musical scores. I was even more pleased when I received the score in the mail. The commentary and history of the piece that came with it was great. I was over all very pleased with the purchase, and I would not hesitate to use your excellent site again. Thank you, Marc Brandl

The work to let me feel a mystery of space
I'm enjoing classical music and DTM (amateur). I love this short, but fantastic music. I knew this work with very old Isao Tomita's LP(RCA) in 1984, but now you will be able to get more information about this work through internet. This piece was slightly expensive for me, but I am almost satisfied because of folloing points: (1) Twe version (1906/193X) of score are included. (2) Ives's original score-sketch attached (cool!). (3) A detailed commentary about performance are attached (10 pages). (4) It is very defiant to reproduce this score in MakeMusic's Finale! and I believe that using money to save inheritances of the human is significant :-)

a vision of the beyond...
One of Ives' seminal masterpieces, this piece along with Central Park in the Dark, marks the beginning of Ives' maturity. The beauty of this work is quite astonishing and its revolutionary construction is a marvel to behold. One of the finest works in all of American music.

The Unanswered Question
A beautiful example of Ives ability to create tone clusters and polytonality. At the same time he has made it easier for people to grow an appreciation for modernist music.
