IF I HAD TO OWN ONLY ONE JAZZ BOOK, IT WOULD BE THIS
THIS BOOK IS TRULY FABULOUS. IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES YOU COULD ASK FOR, SUCH AS THE LARGEST ARRAY OF CLASSIC JAZZ NUMBERS, EASY TO READ, SPIRAL BOUND. IF I COULD ONLY OWN ONE JAZZ BOOK, THIS WOULD BE THE ONE I'D HAVE.

Where are the words
There are no lyrics to any of the songs in this compilation of music. I really feel ripped off. Also the music looks handwritten and not at all pleasing to look or professional looking and wastes too much copy space. Even the arrangements are poorly done....The Hal Leonard series of books are way better...."The Real Books" are just a waste of money.

great collection of songs
I would really recommend this book, it contains a great and fresh collection of jazz tunes, in true "Real Book" tradition. For any serious jazz player, teacher or student, this is an invaluable item.
