Amazing Book/Stage Production/Film

this book is absolutley amazing for any player (with a sense of humor) it has quick funny lyrics, great beats and although it's too difficult for me to play at the moment is great for piano/keyboard players to work with or work up with!

Excellent!

Mel Brooks is a genius, simply put. Being a songwriter, I know how difficult it is to write both the music and lyrics yourself, because so many people are one or the other. Not Mel Brooks; this book is hilarious to sing, fun to play, and wonderful to watch. 5 stars easily.

BREATHTAKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the see the show on opening night on broadway. It is amazing how they accomplished to fit every song(no overture) into this book. It fits the CD and te show beautifully. I love the producers and I encourage people to by this book whole heartidly.

King of Broadway

This collection of the songs from "The Producers" is an abosulte blast to play or sing. The music provides a challenge, (5 sharps seems to be a Mel Brooks favorite, not so funny huh?) and the lyrics are absolutely hysterical. However, these are just vocal selections, not the complete songs, many dance sections are cut, however, almost all of the vocal part is there. The piano is arranged to sound just like the orchestra playing at the show. And when you play "Springtime for Hitler" if it doesn't make you want to dance, then you're not human. :)

Great Songs

This is one great book of show tunes. Has a great range of styles for anyone who wants to perform. The piano part is not that challenging but may require some work. All in all one great book of music.
