Play it on flute!
The sax instrumentation (two altos, tenor and baritone) means that my flute 4tet (two C flutes, alto flute, bass flute; same relationship as among the saxes) can read this same chart with only a few adjustments in the bass flute line (since the bass flute's bottom note is a C)....
