THE BEST BOOK OF IT'S KIND
This is the best drum instruction book dealing with over the barline patterns I've ever seen. Terry Silverlight is an innovator and originator of fusion drumming and I applaud him for taking the time to share his knowledge with the public. A wealth of information is in this clearly written book.

Fantastic Book!
This drum instruction book by TERRY SILVERLIGHT is a winner. I trusted the endorsements from Billy Cobham, Paul Wertico, Mike Clark, Lee Eliot Berk, Joe La Barbera, Al Di Meola, Danny Gottlieb and Morris Lang. I wasn't sorry. The book really helped me. Thank you, TERRY SILVERLIGHT!

TERRY SILVERLIGHT's great drum book
This book is the most comprehensive study of "over-the-bar line" patterns for drums ever written. Terry Silverlight was one of the innovators of fusion music, if not the first to explore that territory with his brother, Barry Miles in the early '70s, before Steve Gadd, Chick Corea and others took much of the credit and made it popular with the help of "industry" support. The book's CD is fabulous. Great playing by Terry along with Barry Miles and John Patitucci. Music Sales did a great job organizing the book into a clear, well-paced tutorial. This book is a must for every drummer's instruction book collection. You can trust the quotes on the back cover of the book from other famous drummers that this book is a winner: Billy Cobham, Paul Wertico, Jim Chapin, Lee Eliot Berk, Mike Clark, Danny Gottlieb, Joe La Barbera, Morris Lang.
