My Funny Valentine - Recording Reference
An excellent collection of Chet Baker transcriptions. The 'My Funny Valentine' recording reference in the Discography states 'Chet Baker Sings' on CD Blue Note 92932 or LP Pacific Jazz 1222. - 'this is not correct.' After some research, I finally discovered the transcription is from Gerry Mulligan - 'The Original Quartet With Chet Baker' - track 20 - My Funny Valentine (Live) (1998 Digital Remaster)

Correction
I believe that was Stan Ketz playing TENOR sax on this piece, not Gerry Mulligan.

My Funny Valentine
I've spent many hours listening to and trying to figure out every beautiful note Chet played during this incredible live performance of his signature song with Gerry Mulligan and there it was, transcribed note for note. That alone was well worth the price. Thanks Chet, we miss you!
