Awesome tab
Thank you for an awesome tab book. The tab is accurate unlike some that we find for free on-line. I also purchased a Ultimate Santana through your on-line store. It too, is awesome and accurate tab!

Not Quite Wolf Marshall
Generally, Hal Leonard's publications are first class. If the Signature Licks book is done by Wolf Marshall or Andy Aledort, close your eyes and buy it! I guarantee, you'll be amazed how good it is. This one is O.K. - at best. The sound itself doesn't even approximate the original...

This Kind of Thing Ticks Me Off
This book DOES NOT contain tabliture/notation for ANY song. It contains bits and peices of songs because, according to Hal Leonard, this book is suposed to give you a look at Clapton's playing technique. That's a load of bull. I really don't know why anyone would want to buy a...

Not a full version CD enclosed
Overall the book and CD is very uesful. However, CD is only for the partial licks and phrases. If you are looking for a full version CD and tablature, you can check the Acoustic version of Eric Clapton.

Like all other Hal Leonard books, this is a great title. Great TAB, interesting guitar tidbits, and a good mix of Clapton's stuff from "Cream," "Derek" and "the Dominos" to his recent music; plugged and unplugged. One downfall is that the accompanying CD does not have slowed down samples of...
