Really Cool
Before you buy this, realize that it is extremely challenging, but with enough practice the songs are incredibly fun to play. I recommend trying to find a video of Victor playing the song you want to learn because it’s impossible to pick up some of the technique from the book...

The book is a great teaching tool, the only problem i have with it is that a number of methods victor uses in his playing are not gone over very effectively in the book, the double thumb for example is expected to be used but there is no excercise or...

Challenging but incredibly useful
A great window into the technique of a truly great bassist. Bassline construction, soloing methods, fingering techniques and more can all be learned from this book with a little analyzation.
