good ol' book

I think that it's relatively easy to make music happen with a pitched instrument. You give three notes and already you have a story. But to conjure single sound patterns into music is a lesson of a different sort. And this is an excellent material to learn exactly this magic....

Very good rudimental book

This book was referred to me by my studio instructor. It is a great book to work through rudimental based solos. This is a beneficial book for percussionists of all levels.

the beginning and the ending

this book is the foundation of a true understanding of stick control, muscle development, and timing. with the right instructor a beginning percussion student can excel in rudementary drumming. power, speed and accuracy are required to master these excellent excercises. a must for high school and college level snare drumming....
