all the ABC's of Violin books are good
I like this book so much it's worn out and I'm buying a fresh new 2nd copy. The melodies are really good. I play them along with the cd. I spend a half hour on the scale page everyday.

really fun!!
great selection of melodies to play on the violin. I've worked through Book 1 and Book 2 of this series and have just joined a small ensemble to play in. Reading experience from these books has helped playing with others easier.
