Low Rating Guys Must suck
I think the People who gave this music a bad rating just can't play as good as Mark Knopfler. Therefore they take it out on the book. What jerk offs!!!!

sultans of swing - cropped
I'm not very happy with that book, some parts of the tabs are very difficult to read and i wonder why they dont completely transcribe the songs(i.e.brothers in arms : the song doesn't finish but the tabs)... in addition there are parts where 1 or 2 bars of the song completely disappears...

Sultans of Swing indeed!
In my opinion and millions of others, Mark Knopfler is the quintessential "break-the-rules" guitar player. This is the definitve compilation of Dire Straits' best loved songs from the early '70's to the present day. Including the massive hits "Sultans Of Swing," "Money For Nothing," "Walk Of Life" and "Romeo & Juliet," this book includes all recorded guitar parts in superbly accurate standard notation and tablature. However, I am not a lover of tiny, somewhat unreadable tab, but this is not the case for all the tracks, as they are all drawn from different, previously released publications. Go get it now!

Sub-Par
I have to confess I was very disappointed with this one. First, some of the tab is just plain incorrect (not only by my own ear, but compared to Wolf Marshall's far superior "The Guitar Styles of Mark Knopfler"). Second, on at least half of these transcriptions the print is so small I almost needed a magnifying glass to read it!
