Wonderful
I think the etudes are brilliant pieces for students who are advancing in piano. I have played the op. 10 no. 3, op. 10 no. 12, and the op. 25 no. 1. My favorite etude to perform is the op. 25 no. 1, whenever I play it, people are blown away.

Great book, great price
This is a US reproduction of the original Polish Paderewski edition, which many considered to be the bible for Chopin compositions. The price here is much lower than the original Polish versions. There are some new edition outthere, but I still think Paderewski is the best. It has a large and clear printed note with substantial editor notes at the end (comparison of notation and marking with other editions, how to execute a trills, etc.) Great buy! Affordable price. Good for intermediate students to expose themselves to real masterpieces, and for advanced or concert pianist to have in the repertoire.

Best edition
I wish I could find the Ignaz Friedmann with his variants, but in the meantime the Paderewski edition is the best.
